Pros and cons of Digital Sound Meter app for iPhone and iPad

Digital Sound Meter app good for

Standard disclaimers apply: Dont know em, Dont work for em. Great app. Simple. No frills. Works.
Peak reading only holds for a second or two. Might want to make that period adjustable. Other than that, no complaint! Thanks.
way too sensitive and the max needs raised.....a lot. Other then that its a awesome start. Thank you
This App is simple, has good visuals and is very useful. One of the most reliable Apps I have, and I have a lot of Apps. Wouldnt take the time to review it, as I dont with most Apps, but it is worth the time to praise it.
The app is very acurate, and fun to use to be quite honest it would be better if it wasnt limited to 100db. If you want to know how loud something is, know that its over 100db is just not enough

Some bad moments

Well its a neat utility with clean display. But it doesnt measure in decibels despite the labels on the demo screen (I sent a message to the developer many days ago but the subsequent release doesnt even attempt to address the deficiency). No decibels = lacking usefulness, for me. Further, since I wrote the review its moved from being free to .99. Calibrate it to decibels and Ill calibrate my review too. Thanks.
not working on I5 ios 7.0.2 or on i5s with 7.0.3 - how do I ask for refund of my 99cents??
Im sitting here in a quiet room and its telling me that it is 80dB in here - accuracy needs some work
Great for work under 100 d b but I live in the real world now was to adjust it pegs out when some people talk so not really good for me got to go back to useing my sound meter for test dont buy wast of .99
